Tonight we will highlight the art of two club members. Club members, Susan Coulter and Jim McEnerney, will present images from their recent respective trips to Alaska and Vietnam. This has always been an enjoyable highlight of the fall club year.

From Susan Coulter: “This past summer I was blessed to be able to take the trip of a lifetime. I’ve always dreamed of taking a cruise and always wanted to go to Alaska. This trip allowed me to check two things off my bucket list. Despite the fact that I messed up some settings on my camera, I do believe I came back with some pretty decent photos. I plan to go back with my camera set correctly to get some more someday but for now these are some great memories I have. Oh and I got to check one more thing off my bucket list while I was there but I’ll tell you about that later.”

Jim McEnerney went to Vietnam in September 2022. Vietnam has doubled in population since the end of the Vietnam war. The United States normalized relations with Vietnam in 1995. The county has changed significantly after the war; now most of its residents were born after the war. The country welcomes tourists and is very warm and receptive to American visitors. Come and enjoy a tour of the county from ancient ruins to the present, from north to south.
