Come tonight to learn of the websites available to display and sell your work. See what other club members have done to market their photographic practices. It’s a great way to get your images seen. Our past president, our current president, and other members have used several websites and Facebook to market their images. Let’s learn from each other!

Also tonight we hope to continue to share results from photo assignment #2.

With this assignment, we want members to go out within 60 days prior to tonight’s meeting and take up to four photos (no more than 2 of any 1 subject). The photos should include at least one of the following categories: reflection, housing and/or the color orange. If you can include two or three of the categories in your photo, even better. The maximum size for a projected image is 1400 x 1050 pixels. To learn more about preparing your image for projection on the library projector, see this information. You can email the photos to the club email champaigncountycameraclub@gmail.com by noon September 23rd, or bring them on a flash drive.

We hope these subjects challenge you to step out of your comfort zone, and observe your surroundings in ways you don't normally do.  We prefer recent photos, but won't really enforce this.  No judging, just show your work, and a brief description of where/what/how/why you took it.  Leadership believes this will be a really fun way to encourage members to get out there and photograph the world around you.
